As a nonprofit team, we keep costs as low as possible. We expect expenses to be around $300/month, which covers robot parts and the competition field. Actual costs depend on team size and the number of competitions the team qualifies for.
A high level of commitment is required, as the program is run by parent and kid volunteers. Beyond drop-off and pick-up, we ask that at least one parent from each group serve as a mentor to help ensure the kids make consistent progress.
